Unlike many other health products, 13 Seeds TheraJoint+ does not contain any added colours, flavours, or preservatives.
On the bottle, it says “contains sulphites,” aren't those bad for us?
Our TheraJoint+ contains trace amounts of maltodextrin (a type of carbohydrate) as part of the production process. Maltodextrin has 10mg/kg of sulphites maximum, meaning that the sulphite amount found in our capsules is less than 0.001% that could be considered negligible, therefore should be of no concern. We are still required by law to state this on the label. If you have a sulphite allergy, we recommend that you consult your healthcare professional.
Is it safe to take TheraJoint+ long term?
Turmeric is likely safe when used short-term. Turmeric products that provide up to 8g of curcumin daily seem to be safe when used for up to 2 months, Also, taking up to 3g of turmeric daily seems to be safe when used for up to 3 months. If symptoms persist, please speak to your health care professional.
I don't like the taste of turmeric, what does TheraJoint+ taste like?
TheraJoint+ is basically tasteless as it’s stored in a capsule, so even if you don't like the taste of turmeric, you can still reap the health benefits.
Is TheraJoint+ vegan-friendly?
TheraJoint+ is 100% vegan-friendly. There is no gelatin or any other animal-sourced material in this product. It’s also safe for vegetarians, those with diabetes and anyone following a paleo or ketogenic diet.
Where do you source your ingredients and where is TheraJoint+ manufactured?
We source our turmeric root from India in order to get the best quality. The capsules are then manufactured in Australia and are TGA-approved to ensure the highest quality and safe product. All 13 Seeds products are manufactured in Australia.
I have difficulty swallowing capsules, are these difficult to ingest?
TheraJoint+ is 22mm in length, which is typically a lot smaller than other capsules. If you can’t swallow them, you can open the capsule and mix the contents with a spoonful of yoghurt to consume.
I've read that lead is dangerous for our health. Does TheraJoint+ contain lead?
Yes, lead can be toxic in high amounts, however, it appears in many foods due to its presence in the environment, including many common fruits and vegetables. The Therapeutic Goods Administration of Australia (TGA) ensures that the lead content must be less than 5ppm (parts per million) per capsule to be considered safe, which our TheraJoint+ is well below, so there’s no need to be concerned.

TheraJoint+ contains Black pepper (Piper Nigrum) at a 54 x extract concentration. The black pepper we use has a minimum of 95% Piperine content.
Does Therajoint+ contain gelatin?
While many capsules are made from gelatin, TheraJoint+ capsules are made from a plant-based, vegan alternative.
Does TheraJoint+ help with arthritis pain?
TheraJoint+ contains high amounts of the natural anti-inflammatory compound curcumin, the active component of turmeric. TheraJoint+ is TGA-approved to relieve symptoms of mild arthritis and joint pain.
Does TheraJoint+ cause digestive issues?
Turmeric and curcumin seem to be generally well-tolerated for most people and side effects are uncommon. If you experience gastrointestinal symptoms including constipation, stomach pain, diarrhoea, acid reflux, nausea, vomiting, and yellow stools consult with your qualified healthcare professional.
Can TheraJoint+ help with foot pain?
Turmeric may help to alleviate foot pain.
